Yes. Coordinating your Tradeshow Toolbox® production with your exhibit company, sales consultant or structural designer is easy. The Toolbox has produced thousands of signature images for hundreds of exhibit representatives and their clients like you.
Initially, our role is that of gathering information about your company, your audience and your competitors. We most often schedule a discovery call where together, we consider how to best position your company and its offering.
From this point, we develop recommendations for positioning copy & graphics. You can expect a thumbnail illustration of our marketing recommendations configured to fit your structural hardware design. We collaborate with your exhibit consultant throughout the discovery process. If you approve our recommendations and we proceed with production, once your exhibit art is complete, we'll deliver it to your exhibit provider electronically or on DVD.
WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
Prices vary, but probably less than you think. There is no charge for an initial introductory consultation. For a single concept, signature graphic, our discovery consultation fee is $595 and includes review of your competitors, in-depth strategic brainstorming with you and your team, and concludes with a thumbnail design representative of our recommendations. Our discovery fee is credited to the cost of your full-scale production art if you engage us to complete your exhibit graphics project. Because each graphic implementation is unique your individual offering and audience, we quote your project specifically to your requirements. Thus, a typical high-res signature graphic production varies in cost on the basis of its production complexity.
