Yes. Our role in the exhibit design process entails marketing strategy, competitive analysis, concept development and graphics production. We easily and seamlessly coordinate the creation of your signature graphics, video, animation and collateral with the production specifications and scheduling of your exhibit house. If you have not already been referred by an exhibit house, simply introduce us to your consultant or sales representative and we will coordinate every aspect of our collaboration accordingly.

Is additional time needed to include Tradeshow Toolbox® in the creation of my graphic art and other show materials.

Usually, no additional time is required, although the earlier we can begin collaboration with you and with your exhibit house, the less time you'll find yourself stressed over details and rushed for approvals. Most exhibit graphics and supporting collateral can be created in 2 to 3 weeks, sometimes much sooner.

Can I use my signature graphics on my web site and in other forms of advertising?

Yes, absolutely! We encourage you to do so and we can often assist with advertising, corporate identity materials and other media.

What costs are associated with the creation of Toolbox graphics and marketing support materials.

Naturally, this question is difficult to answer without specific parameters. However, Toolbox services are significantly less expensive than the engagement of a traditional advertising agency or design firm. Further, Toolbox services are quoted as fixed-price projects based on the complexity of your production requirements, not on an hourly basis. Thus, you'll know precisely the cost of each component of your graphics and marketing package. An introductory discovery call is complimentary. An initial design recommendation is $595.00 and includes a thumbnail render of our recommended concept and copy. By the way, if you proceed with our recommended graphics package, your consultation fee is credited toward your production fee.

Although most of our efforts start out as creators of trade show exhibit graphics, many times these graphics form the foundation for other marketing touch points including printed collateral, web graphics, show-and-tell animations & booth videos, and email campaigns. Strategy, concept, copy, digital photography, illustration, and animation are developed and produced at our studio or at your facilities as needed.
